Dental caries can contribute to dental infections that sometimes progress to dental abscesses. Dental trauma and other dental health issues also have other important social emotional implications that include anxiety and depression and can create barriers to employment. CHP has strategically expanded its dental services at multiple locations and continuously provides dental outreach and screenings to bridge this gap.
