Community Health Partnership of Illinois

National Rural Health Day is celebrated annually on the third Thursday of November to recognize the contributions of healthcare providers and raise awareness of the unique health challenges and needs of rural communities.

Today at CHP we want to recognize and thank our own staff who work tirelessly to improve health access in rural areas, and also other organizations that work on these areas.

Nationwide, Community Health Centers proudly serve up to 1 in 3 rural Americans, ensuring affordable, comprehensive, and effective care close to home.
Rural communities deserve strong, sustainable healthcare, and Community Health Centers make that possible.
