We are excited to officially launch CHP’s MyCare Patient Portal! This service is now fully operational and ready for patient use.
The MyCare portal is a vital tool in our mission to improve the patient experience. It provides a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for our patients to manage their health records and communicate with us more efficiently.
For access to the website, the patients will receive an email with instructions and then they will have to add their username and password to the portal.
