This past Saturday, September 19, CHP’s Board, staff, partners, and community members came together in Kankakee to celebrate our 2026 Harvest Fest Gala, an unforgettable evening of celebration, gratitude, and community!
As we reflect on over 50 years of CHP’s history, we are reminded that while our organization continues to grow and evolve, our commitment to making quality healthcare accessible to all remains at the heart of our mission.
We were honored to recognize our 2026 awardees: Sauk Valley Bank and Mr. Verne Sisson, the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce, and Jaime Chávez, retired Board member, whose contributions reflect the partnerships and dedication that strengthen our communities.
We want to extend a special thank you to every donor, volunteer and staff member who worked behind the scenes and throughout the evening. Your time, teamwork, and commitment made this celebration possible.
