After a brief hiatus, CHP is thrilled to announce the reopening of the CHP Princeville Health Center. We are eager to once again provide top-quality care to our beloved community.
Dr. Wamaitha Sullivan will be the main provider at the site, with a dedicated team that will be supporting the operation. Also, we are reconnecting with all the companies, partners and other stakeholders in the community to make sure that we provide care to all.
By reopening our doors, we’re reaffirming our commitment to the health and well-being of Princeville residents. By providing accessible, high-quality care, we’re bridging gaps and fostering a culture of wellness that benefits everyone.
We’re proud to continue serving Princeville and look forward to making a lasting, positive impact.
