Today during IPHCA’s Annual Leadership Conference 2023 our Board Chair, Susana Castro, received the Consumer Board Dedication Award. The award comes as a testament of her commitment to the FQHC movement and specifically to CHP.
The Consumer Board Dedication Award is presented to a Community Health Center consumer board representative who exemplifies a high level of interest in, and dedication to, the delivery of primary health care services and the communities in which these services are provided.
During her speech, Susana Castro thanked her family, the Illinois Primary Health Care Association for the recognition, her fellow Board members, the Chief Executive Officer and staff of Community Health Partnership of Illinois.
All the CHP family are overwhelmed with pride for the recognition that our Board Chair received.
