CHP is bringing health services directly to the Rantoul community through our Mobile Health Unit.

Hours: 11 AM–6 PM
Dates: August 24; September 14 & 28; October 12 & 26; November 9 & 23, 2026
Medical, behavioral health, patient navigation, health education are available. Free health assessments and school and sports physicals are also offered.
Walk-ins welcome!
