Community Health Partnership (CHP) will be providing dental services including; dental exams, cleanings, and fluoride application.
All of these services are provided free of charge for your child as a part of the Head Start Education Program this summer.
The dental exam we provide will meet the Illinois requirement for entrance into Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, and 9th grade.
Tuesday July 14th, 2020 2pm-6pm
Wednesday, July 15th, 9am-6pm
