As we celebrate National Health Center Week, Community Health Partnership of Illinois is proud to bring our community together to support healthy students and families!
CHP was honored to coordinate with the Champaign Urbana Public Health District this Back-to-School Fair, connecting children and parents with healthcare services, school supplies, and valuable community resources to help them start the school year healthy and ready to learn.
Thank you to all of our community partners, volunteers, and everyone who attended for making this event such a success. Together, we are building healthier communities and ensuring every family has access to the care and resources they deserve.=
