Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP) is proud to announce the recipients of its 2026 Harvest Fest Awards, an annual celebration recognizing the individuals and organizations whose partnership, leadership, dedication, and support help advance CHP’s mission and strengthen the communities we serve.
This year, CHP will honor:
- Legacy Award: Jaime Chávez, Retired CHP Board Member
- Community Healthcare Collaborator Award: Sauk Valley Bank and Mr. Verne Sisson
- Healthcare Partner Award: Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce
These awards celebrate the important work CHP does throughout our communities and the partners who help make that work possible. Together, we recognize the relationships, collaboration, and commitment that allow CHP to continue expanding access to quality healthcare and building healthier communities.
The awards will be presented during the 2026 Harvest Fest Gala on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Quality Inn in Bradley, Illinois.
