Champaign community:
Community Health Partnership of Illinois & The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District, in association with the Sam’s Club and Illinois Migrant Council is inviting the community to the 3rd Annual Family Back to School Event and Health Resource Fair.
The event will take place on Saturday, July 27 starting at 11am.
That day we will also have an Open House where CHP will be launching its mobile clinic number 2.
There will be several organizations, services, food, activities and back to school giveaways.
