Harvest Fest is CHP’s yearly fundraising event. The event is designed to raise funds, awareness and support of CHP’s mission. It is also a celebration of the FQHC movement; an opportunity to thank and recognize our healthcare providers, our Board of Directors, staff, our volunteers, and our amazing partners.
CHP is expanding the event this year and would like to honor those outstanding individuals and organizations that partner with us to improve the quality of services of the communities that we serve.
It’s our honor to announce the first winners of our yearly awards.
The awards will be given during our annual Harvest Fest.
